We will ask you to register with us as you place an order so that we know who you are and where to ship your order. Your information will be stored securely and you won’t need to enter it again if you make any future orders with us. We will never pass this information onto anyone else so please rest assured that your details are safe with us.

Ordering online is safe, secure and the fastest way to pay.

Once you have found the item you want, click on it to see more information and to select your size/quantity required (see our handy size guide). Once you are happy click on the ‘Add to basket’ button.

Reviewing your shopping bag:

Once you have finished shopping or at any time during your shopping experience you may review the item(s) in your basket by clicking on the ‘view basket’ button at the top of the page. Here you can make changes to the item(s) in your shopping bag. To remove an item from your basket, click the cross on the left hand side of the product and press ‘Update’, to amend the quantity of products you have ordered, change the number in the box to the right of the product and press ‘Update’.

Once you are happy with your order, simply click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You will then need to fill in your details making sure you have entered the correct delivery/billing address before following the on screen instructions to complete your order and create an account.

Changing an order:

If you haven’t yet received an email from us confirming the order has been processed it may be possible to change the order by calling us on 01252 514097/07841 841 846

Please be aware if the item(s) has been personalised then the order cannot be changed.

Payment Methods

We accept the following: Pay Pal, credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in £GBP.

When you reach our final checkout screen and your order is submitted, we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If the payment is authorised by your bank/card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken shortly afterwards. If for any reason we have a query with your order, we will get in touch as soon as possible to explain the problem. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.


UK Delivery Policy

All Wrenster® Label item(s) photographs and canvas/art paper prints are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class (3 – 5 days delivery) within 48 hours of submitting your order. We aim to meet these shipping times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Wrenster Design cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Delivery charges for our photographs is free of charge.

Delivery charges for Wrenster® Label items and canvas/art paper prints is £4.95 or free on orders over £50.00

Unfortunately at present we are unable to offer international shipping

Returns and Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to return your item(s) starting from the day you receive your order. If you are returning an order due to a faulty or defective item(s), please contact hello@wrensterdesign.co.uk so we can resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.

Should you choose to have an item(s) personalised please be aware we cannot offer a refund/exchange once the order has been accepted and processed unless the item(s) is faulty.

We are sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. All item(s) are returned at your own cost.

To return an item(s) simply post it back to us using the address below in its original condition and packaging, enclosing the returns form included on the original delivery note. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, deodorant or makeup that may leave a scent or mark.

Take the package you’re returning to us to any local post office or courier collection point. Once there, a standard postage fee will be charged by the postal service (please be aware that this expense is your responsibility). The item(s) being returned remain your responsibility until they reach us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you return any packages using a recorded delivery service and obtain a proof of delivery certificate (or receipt) from the courier or post office used.

All proposed returns should be communicated to hello@wrensterdesign.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your original order and we should receive item(s) within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. Our returns address is Wrenster Design, 28 Cody Road, Cove, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 0DF. 

Once we’ve received your item, we’ll email you to confirm the item(s) have arrived and as long as the item(s) are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase via original payment method within 30 days of receiving your package.


Sorry we don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. 

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods: for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the retailer;

For the supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of there nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Wrenster® Design attempts to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free.  Pictures, sizes, colours and patterns may vary depending on the product

From time to time there may be information on www.wrensterdesign.co.uk that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update any information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.


These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. 

Social Media Competition/Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The promoter of the competition/giveaway is Wrenster Design

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any social media platform

The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding anyone associated with Wrenster Design

To enter the competition you must like and comment on the corresponding post and we will reply with a number specific to each entry

Winners are entitled to the prize stated in the relevant post

All decisions of Wrenster Design are final and no correspondence will be entered into

There is no entry fee or purchase necessary

No responsibility can accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

No cash alternatives to the prize will be offered. The prize is non transferable

Prize subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator app and then notified via the corresponding social media platform.

The winners contact details and any other personal information will never be passed to third parties

By entering the competition/giveaway the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the competition/giveaway and its use on social media, websites or other forms of advertising without further consent or payment
