The following terms and conditions apply to any order which is placed and confirmed via phone, email, social media messaging or any other form of communication
Order process
Once an order for custom print clothing/accessories has been placed via, phone, email or social media messaging your garments will be ordered from our supplier. A digital mock up of your custom print clothing/accessories will be emailed out for approval before print and once approved the invoice will be issued for full payment via bank transfer before printing will begin. Once the print process has begun the order can no longer cancelled and payment will not be refunded unless the garment is faulty, please see returns section
If you cancel your order before printing has begun but after we have placed the order with our supplier a 15% re-stocking fee of the total order amount will be charged for returning unwanted garments back to our supplier.
Supplying your own garments for print
If you are supplying your own garments for print by us you are required to communicate to us any special technical requirements such as fabric content or suitability for print. Although we are happy to print onto supplied garments please note you do so at your own risk and we will not be held responsible or compensate for anything that may go wrong during the print process.
Quality of goods
Wrenster Design is not the manufacturer of the goods and as such the customer herby acknowledges and agrees it is not appropriate for Wrenster Design to provide warranties in respect of the quality of the goods. Wrenster Design therefore gives not such warranties, express or implied, as to the quality of the goods.
Wrenster Design cannot be held responsible for shrinkage of garments due to the many different washing machines and wash cycles that may be used by customers. We supply wash instructions with all orders and recommend that these are followed at all times. DO NOT WASH PRINTED ITEMS FOR 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THEM
Returns
If you find a fault with an actual garment, as in a hole or other defect you have 48 hours to notify us. After this time the order will be considered to have been accepted and a refund or replacement will not be offered.
Product Description
Wrenster® Design attempts to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free. Pictures, sizes, colours and patterns may vary depending on the product
From time to time there may be information on www.wrensterdesign.co.uk that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update any information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We reserve the right to promote the brands/companies we work with and the services we provide through various social media platforms and on our website. If you’d prefer we did not link back to your brand/company or would prefer photos/video released after a certain date then please inform us at the start of the process.
Social Media Competition/Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The promoter of the competition/giveaway is Wrenster Design
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any social media platform
The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding anyone associated with Wrenster Design
To enter the competition you must like and comment on the corresponding post and we will reply with a number specific to each entry
Winners are entitled to the prize stated in the relevant post
All decisions of Wrenster Design are final and no correspondence will be entered into
There is no entry fee or purchase necessary
No responsibility can accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
No cash alternatives to the prize will be offered. The prize is non transferable
Prize subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator app and then notified via the corresponding social media platform.
The winners contact details and any other personal information will never be passed to third parties
